Women's Self Defence & Cardio Kick Classes

These self defence and cardio kick classes are designed for women to learn simple and effective techniques. The classes are held every Monday and Thursday evenings at 6.45pm to 7.30pm and combine Self Defence techniques with Cardio Kick Boxing to music for body toning and weight loss. The classes are held at our centre at Beecroft.

Physical, verbal and psychological defence strategies are taught and these classes are suitable for women of all ages and fitness levels. Bookings are essential and can be made by contacting Josh Hambly

Seminars can also be arranged for schools, workplace, community or sporting groups. School holiday courses and weekend training camps are also available.
